#6 - The Power Patience Principle
Patience is the power principle that properly prepares us for the return of the Lord.

Perfect Timing
I was speechless when I saw the posting of Miriam's newest teaching on patience. I was not exactly studying the subject of patience, but one might say patience was studying me. I had been observing over a period of days how deliberate I had to be to demonstrate patience in a variety of situations.

After another noteworthy experience, I informed my husband that I had a problem with patience. I was lacking patience. As I explained the details of this most recent encounter with myself, he focused on the outcome, asking if the other person felt or thought I had been impatient with him. I said no; in fact, he shook my hand, thanked me for my help, and told me I was "the nicest person he has ever worked with" in the entire facility. He had no idea how impatient I was feeling.

I had been successful at presenting the correct posture, but I knew there was something wrong on the inside. I reasoned that true patience must not require such focused and determined effort and work - it just is. True patience is not the companion of frustration. How can two walk together unless they agree? Although I presented, on the outside, the appropriate demeanor, frustration was my companion. Of this, I was sure.

The next day, I received your e-mail announcing these new teachings. Oh my! Yes, patience was studying me. Let the Lord have His way. Thanks be to God!
